This home was on the market for several months before I listed it. Itwas vacant, and did not show very well. Prospective buyers couldn't seewhat it really would look like. I suggested to my client that she call you, which she did and the rest is history. After the staging the property sold in a matter of 5 weeks. I'm sure had it remained vacant,not staged, it would still be on the market.
